I am starting to realize that I cannot help others until I truly help myself. This past year and a half has been one of the toughest of my life. I am excited to start on a new treatment for my Crohn's disease and hopefully have a fresh start on my health and fitness journey. I have been eating clean whole foods the past couple of weeks and I am down 6-7 lbs depending on the day. I am ready to go full force and really test myself to see what my body is capable of transforming into.
